 We can provide travel insurance for a wide range of medical conditions, including asthma, haemophilia, arthritis, reflux, breast cancer, COPD, blood pressure (hypertension), hydrocephalus, raised cholesterol, colitis, heart conditions, angina, diverticulitis, diabetes, Crohn's disease, strokes, anaphylaxia, hepatitis, bowel cancer, epilepsy, prostate cancer, multiple sclerosis (MS) , cystic fibrosis, leukaemia, pancreatitis, coeliac disease, thyroid, osteoporosis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Parkinson's disease and many more! Obviously, we can't guarantee to cover everyone's situation, which is why we'll need to ask you some questions about your situation. If we're unable to offer cover, we will offer you the telephone number of another insurer, with whom we partner.
Sometimes people tell us they don't realy have a medical condition that needs to be declared because it's not serious or it's being contolled by medication. However, having, for example, asthma, high blood pressure or cholesterol should be declared otherwise any claims related to them - directly or indirectly - will not be met.

Travel insurance if you're
70+, 80+, 85+, 90+...
Are you looking for travel insurance and you're over 70, over 80, or even over 90? It can be difficult to obtain 'senior' travel insurance. We specialise in travel insurance for older people who still enjoy travelling.
These days, we are generally fitter and healthier and many of us have the opportunity to travel more. However, it is the case that the older we get, the more important it is to have adquate travel insurance.
 Most travel insurance policies have an upper age limit and in some cases, it can seem bewilderingly low!
Our single trip policy has no upper age limit! For annual policies, the maximum age is now 74 whether you're travelling within Europe or Worldwide.

Important information if you are travelling with others
If you have a pre-existing medical condition that we're covering for you and you have travelling companions, we strongly recommend that they be covered by this policy also. If the have an 'ordinary' policy and they need to cancel, cut short or extend their trip because you are ill, it is possible their insurers could decline their claim. If your medical condition(s) hadn't been declared to and accepted by your travelling companion's insurers, and if they decide that your illness was linked to your pre-existing medical condition, the could decline your companion's claim.
Similarly, if there is someone at home who is ill and whose health could increase the possibility of you making a claim to cancel or cut short your trip, this should be declared to our medical sreening line. |

After spending two hours contacting six insurance companies, all of whom refused to cover my daughter because of her pre-existing Hydrocephalus, I decided to contact ASBAH (Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus) for help. They gave me the names of four
insurance companies to contact but suggested I try you first which I did. In fact you were the only one I telephoned as Kevin Waite to whom I spoke was most helpful, agreeing a highly competetive rate for family world wide annual cover and putting me in touch with Mediquote who agreed to cover my daughter at a much lower rate than I was expecting. The whole process took approximately 20 minutes and I am now in receipt of the documents which were emailed through.
